Love Is All There Is

 The first time the idea of self love was introduced to me, I had no idea how to love myself. I was about 24, taking a seminar called Loving Relationships Training back in the early 80's . 

 I was actually a bit shocked how clueless I was about how to even begin that process.

So I decided to find out.  Thirty- odd years later, these are some of the pieces I found most effective:

1)You can start with making yourself a priority.. amazingly enough most of us are pretty far down on our list of priorities.  This is a great start, as you are not yet ready to say  “I am my first priority” but you are saying HEY I am on the list. I wrote I AM A PRIORITY on a strip of paper and taped it to my computer monitor edge where I would see it every day. All my life I had done a whole lot of putting the needs of others first, compromising, and flat out allowing myself to be oppressed.  No more of that. 

 2) Next I found that redefining and relabeling things I formerly found fault with in myself helped. So a tendency to be forgetful became “interesting wiring” or “understandable misconceptions” –then accepting those traits and not labeling them as “bad or good” was a great step forward. When we come in as babies, we don’t come wired to self-criticize ourselves (well actually some of us have baggage from other lives so that is not always true- which is a point of forgiveness toward  the WHOLE self, which may take a whole lot of awareness to get to, so better start now LOL.)   A simple act of compassion and forgiveness toward yourself or another can trigger an avalanche of release that wipes out a whole lot of stray karmic crap.  It’s amazing. 

 3) Sometimes I think connecting with Source energy, which is the basis of all self-love, is more about defining what pleases you, what makes you feel truly connected, and what makes your vibrational frequency go higher. This could be petting your cat rather than a long meditation. I’m all for trying anything that feels positive. The point is to be easy on yourself. Ease up.  Really.  Reach for joyful interaction in the smallest parts of your reality and they will quickly expand into more joyful moments.  Fill up your days with those.  Take a leap of faith into your true calling.  

4) ASK, have Faith, it’s Done.  We forget to ask for what we REALLY want and are quick to say “oh I can’t have that”… well think again. Nothing is too big to ask. So I asked to go to England.  The cooperatives components that brought that about moved so fast it was head spinning.  So go ahead, ASK - ask to have the pathway to Self Love lit up for you like the yellow brick road. And ask for the red shoes, too.

I believe that many of us have reached a period of development where our 
"other lives" aspects are connecting with us and we are being freed of past perceptions in order to further our awakening spirit. 

So much has occurred in the last three months!   I myself traveled to England to connect with my past life in Salisbury, and ended up connecting with way more than one.  This is to say that by a process of meditations, readings and regressions over a long period of time, I came to know that I was a person of interest that lived in Regency England in the province of Wiltshire.  I have always known this, but not specifically who until last spring.  Not only did this explain almost every little nuance of my life, it was a tremendous healing for both that soul and my current soul, as I had been carrying her pain for my entire life here on earth.   I have a wonderful friend and fellow psychic who literally traveled with me by Skype as we healed our way through my past lives.  Over the last three years I have been pulled into the most amazing collection of people and we have all been together repeatedly, time after time, as they say. These are very special people, high literary and artistic beings, traveling in a pack. I’m honored to make their acquaintance!

The most important part of that journey was being released from a burden that was not mine to carry anymore, and also releasing that soul- which is a part of me- from this burden at the same time so she was free to rejoin her family and move into the light.  My ability to communicate with an aspect of my own soul was amazing.  Imagine walking with a part of you that lived in a different era, and sharing thoughts. 

The concept of past lives is a vast celestial dance of wonder.  The idea that past lives are linear is widely recognized as “old thinking: as old as the world being flat”  In this new era of channeled and revealed information from multidimensional sources we know we are dealing with something WAY bigger than linear time lines and life after life.  

When we imagine a star, a point of light, as the source of our existence, and that star explodes into hundreds of new stars, and each one of those is still within the collective of the original star, that’s pretty amazing.  This is why we get three Joan of Arcs, four Marilyns--  many even bear a striking similarity in physical form.  I know a Joan, and I know Gertrude and Leo Stein in this life.  They are such truthful renditions of their various aspects!  My collective personhoods look so much like me at times it is shocking.  

If you read the book Time for Truth by Nick Brunick he explains this concept very clearly, as he is an aspect of the disciple Paul.  Each of our aspects comes here (or elsewhere) to experience another layer of perception, emotion, contrast and resolution. Each experience adds to the collective whole. If one aspect of the whole becomes AWAKE and the awareness of the others begins to bleed through, then things get VERY INTERESTING. Long ago the Seth material, particularly The Nature of Personal Reality by Jane Roberts, and her Oversoul Seven series, explained this in detail.

AND THEN there is time.  Time can get very squishy when you are dancing between memories and aspects of yourself.  You can step into the complete emotional body of someone who lived in 1555.  I personally found I had been returning to Salisbury Cathedral over and over again, at least five times that I know of since the 1500’s. Three of those are documented in journals and biographies.

This can be amazingly fun, amusing, and enlightening work that deeply strikes at the core of your carried “themes” in this life and clears away the old moldy perceptions that keep us stuck in certain areas!

In the interest of further defining who and what I am, i have decided to begin a series of blog posts about my enlightenment journey.  OY that's the never ending story! 

   We'll definitely begin with Once Upon A Time. Even as a child I remembered pieces of past lives.  Joan Grant called that Far Memory, and I like that term. I have traceable, rather famous characters in my other earthly timelines. I also have theories about the whole concept of past lives based on many years of study and experience.

I  have spent a large portion of my life fascinated with past lives, and the past life experience, what it means, what are the echoes, what is TIME, and why do we access certain lives?  I have regressed many, many people and at one time had a private practice doing just that- regressions.  I based my method on a book published in 1976 called: Hypersentience: Exploring Your Past Lifetime As a Guide to Your Character and Destiny by Marcia Moore. It was new when I read it - (age showing.)   Her method is extremely similar to Brian Weiss's method. I have come to realize that the vibrational alignment of the person conducting the reading/regression is a key component in the quality of the reading and regression experience.  So this makes it my job to keep my light in a clear and loving place as much as possible. 

All lightworkers are spirits having a physical human experience (Well okay i have met one or two that i don't think are actually human beings but rather angels or nature spirits in human form.)  This means we waft in and out of alignment, in and out of contrast and expansion.   means we are not PERFECT!   This, apparently, is our grand plan.  Abraham Hicks calls it a Step 1 moment, where we remember what we don't want so we can further define what we do want.  And so it is with all of us!

Last week I had the occasion to spend four days showing someone around my area. Each day that passed was more beautiful than the next.  Each meal I was served was delicious.  My path was dotted with lovely, helpful people.  I sat to rest at a fountain and noticed a bottle of bubbles sitting next to me, and looked up to see a bride and groom having pictures taken.  I blew bubbled into the air and joined in the merriment. Each day more gratitude for all the abundance around me grew until by the fourth day I was glowing with that deep grace Abraham Hicks calls the Vortex.   Every time we use the phrase " I have to figure it out"  it is a little sign to ourselves to replace that with "I have to let go, let go and let go some more!

 Today I went through my favorite car wash.  After you slide into place the instructions are to Put the Car in Neutral and Let Go of the Steering Wheel.  The first time I noticed this sign in a bigger way I was in the middle of "figuring something out." I asked for direction from the higher beings, the All That Is,  the Angels, and got-- go to the carwash.  Really ?  I was already driving, so I pulled in and got into "ALIGNMENT" with the track. That is when I looked up and read those words in a whole different way.  What if we put ourselves in Neutral ---the space between worry and thrashing for solutions- and took our hands off the steering wheel?    I can tell you exactly what that feels like now-it is the smooth cool part of the river before we hit the rapids again. It is a drive through the most beautiful country around before the darkness falls for a short while.   We can't hate the rapids or the darkness, we just have to remember they will be over soon---as soon as we let go.

I have a friend we will call Foxy.  She's beautiful inside and out. Foxy has loved and lived and I have known her for 35+ years of her 72.  We have been traveling a very interesting parallel course of enlightenment-  riding the ebb and flow of relationships,  businesses opened, closed, and all the time we’ve been studying, expanding, learning, each in our own way. And then suddenly our paths will cross for some very intense and wonderful growth spurts. What fun! 
 For example, a week ago I called her and in the midst of discussion I said, remember that book Testimony of Light by Helen Greaves?  Foxy answered "Oh you mean the one I have laying here to pack in a box to a friend?  It’s a foot away from me~!"  She read that and then I started her pick, Navigating the Collapse of Time.  And off we go again on one of our rolls absorbing all the loving knowledge laid at our feet by the Divine Connection.  We like to call it the Divine Lending Library. Sometimes it is the Divine Search Engine, like this conversation: 1) Suzanna ponders what her true meaning on the planet is. 2) Foxy calls and asks “was it you that asked me about the Course in Miracles? “ I answer  “No, we did that together in 1979 remember?  “You are never upset for the reason you think you are!”  I quote, quick as a wink, (light speed Divine search engine) and Foxy, even faster says “You are the light of the world. It is your only function. It is why you came here.”  Suzanna says “WHAT?  Say that again?”   Question regarding my true meaning on the planet Asked and Answered. Time lapse ten minutes.  Don’t you love it?  That is basically the way my life rolls these days, along with a veritable carnival of visual input from the Divine Play of Life on planet earth: golden retrievers, jaguars (the car -and as I wrote this a navy blue XJ6 drove down the road by my house—sweet!),bumper stickers, random comments, writing in the sky, yes, I will save that for another time.
 I have had books fall off shelves at me. I was directed to take a quick detour to Ashland, Oregon after a week of absolute Bliss in Mount Shasta, CA.  I had never been to Ashland. It was very pretty and I was high off Mount Shasta so even better.  I drove a nice loop, then saw a spot to park (as in a parking space open up smack in front of me), pulled over and went into a small jewelry store to buy a present for my daughter.  There were four books on a shelf, quite out of place, and one just bumped right out at me.  Yes, really. It was called Coming Home, the Return to True Self.  Now when a book pops off a shelve at you after you've been kavorting with the nature spirits in a Vortex Divine hot spot like Mount Shasta, one should pay very close attention.  Coming Home by Marcia Nelson was written many years ago but apparently there is no time because it was deeply relevant for me in present time. The integration of spiritual knowledge into the earth plane life we are living (or pretending to live or think we are living.)  More on THAT later!

Well, that will do for today, just a hint of the new me.  I would love to talk to you, give you a new perspective on your “stuck”points, pull in the Angels, guides, old dead relatives, past lives, symbolic “pops” that will come through me.  It’s always an amazing ride on the river!   Coming soon,  what I learned in 56 years, how many amazing, beautiful children I have, and how I survived a nightmarish childhood by learning to laugh.  Ya, all that later. Right now… time to launch this light speed woman!

                 

All Aboard ~!

Here we are, rolling along into expansion at light speed. Personally when I fall of the tracks going this fast it feels like a train wreck, but it only takes me maybe a half hour to get my little cars back up and running. Really that makes me sort of a super hero doesn't it? I can pick up the scattered little pieces, put the wheels back on track and wheee, off I go, traveling, traveling. I'm imagining myself flying over the redirected train in my super suit, keeping an eye on things. (no cape, remember? From The Incredibles LOL.)

But really is it me? I've had a lot more luck with completely surrendering to a more powerful engineer or a crew of engineers, really. Big shiny winged friends of mine- Angels, higher beings, guides, and the Big Source Energy. Because it gets so so tiring trying to keep everything together and finally when we fall, they are there to show us the way. This was my favorite bit out of a lecture today, old quote, but here it goes. Your worth does not come from your achievements.
Back to chop the wood, carry the water, be in present time, wear red lipstick, eat licorice.
